Island Mirage is a walk-through attraction where you can actually walk through the Doyu Mine of Sado Gold Mine while wearing the MR glasses "NrealLight". In a space where historical heritage and virtual worlds intersect, technology such as projection mapping is combined to create a new experience that has never existed before.

The mining work described in the "Sado Gold Mine Picture Scroll" is faithfully reproduced in the remains of hand-dug tunnels from the early Edo period. Time slip 400 years ago, impressed by the hardships of our predecessors. A course that represents the Sado Gold Mine.
The tunnels, trolleys, and machinery that were excavated in the Meiji period and were used until the mine was closed are preserved as they are. In addition, you can enjoy Doyu Warido from various angles (directly below, up close, and distant view).
The Mumyoi Mine, where raw materials for Mumyoi ware, a specialty of Sado, were mined, and the Important Mountain Mine, which was excavated in the early Edo period and is of scientific value. Feel like a charlatan and fully explore the dark tunnels. Helmets, lights and boots are provided.
